We have a time bomb in the guise of Mohammad Afroze on the loose. Setting him free is the only way he can satiate his lust after months of lock up.
If the said statement is true that this case falls in the rarest of rare cases then a law as lenient as setting him free with 10,000/- to start a tailor shop is called the most stupid law ever known in history.
